Basically, each image represents a landscape aimed at creating relaxation and enticing and encouraging present moment awareness. I would suggest that you sit in a comfortable place during a time when you aren't likely to be disturbed. Then breath in and out gently. As you relax, view an image. It is here that you may wish to become more in tune with your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. This is when it is important to pay attention to the details. This includes any and all thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. Overall, these are fantastical images filled with color and imaginative value.
